You have a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or have completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) with further training as a personnel officer / personnel specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification You have relevant professional experience in human resources You have professional experience in financial accounting You have good knowledge of payroll accounting (e.g. DATEV) and good knowledge of labor law You are confident in using MS Office applications You can work independently and in a structured manner
