You will be responsible for managing your shift in the Extrusion Technology department - including leading, motivating and developing your colleagues.

You ensure that occupational safety and environmental protection are not just buzzwords, but are put into practice.

You optimize the extrusion parameters such as temperature profiles, screw speed or pressure ratios - so that everything runs smoothly

You select and adapt the right tools (e.g. nozzles, plates) to the production requirements.

You carry out test series and test runs to make our processes even better.

You are the heart of your shift in the Extrusion Technology department. You lead your team with commitment, motivate your colleagues and support them in their further development.
