This is what your day with us looks like.

You will be responsible for order processing in Purchasing, including initiating orders and tracking delivery dates as well as clarifying deviations in quantities and deadlines.

You follow up on offers and trigger order confirmations.

You handle complaints.

You issue invoices.

You will conduct correspondence in German and English.

You will be responsible for general office organization and administrative tasks.
In summary 💡
You have completed commercial training, have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position, have a very good command of English, are confident in using MS Office, work in a service and customer-oriented, precise and structured manner and demonstrate commitment and good communication skills.
