Your tasks will include customer acquisition by telephone, actively approaching existing customers and reactivating and maintaining long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and completing administrative tasks in the area of sales, including supporting the sales force in preparing quotations and processing orders. You will also maintain the data in our system and ensure close communication with various departments to ensure the smooth processing of customer orders.
